the First Contact Bull Terriers are my dogs. We are not in the puppy business!

Yes we have had a few pups and placed some as well but I mostly have bred to get more of my wonderful dogs.

I first came into contact with a bully when I was 17. After that the rest is history as they have been the focal point of my life.

Some thing like an addiction as one learns the mind of this cleaver, comical beast it is easy to know that you will never be complete with out that gallant knight by your side.

In my case it became a pack or just a big family. Hopefully you will enjoy some of the pictures on this site. I know only few people that have had the opportunity to experience what I live everyday.

You might think that bullies are really easy to train and control. That they just do what you say out of the box, I don't think so!

Bull Terriers are difficult... they do what they want and do not give in....or do they? This is the secret to having an extra ordinary existence with a pet.

The real keys to my success in training and socialization are simple. First is trust, then the lack of fear and dought. My dogs are given freedom so they have no reason to run away. They have this freedom from the day they are born. When they open their eyes they are allowed to know each other. Normally at 4 weeks old the puppies are mixed in with the older dogs. (a very unorthodox method I am told). None the less they learn from each other. As puppies they eat together so why stop just because they are older... They still eat together just not out of the same bowl usually.

We can ride for days in the car to get to a friends house or to a dog show. We are always ready for what lies ahead no matter what.

Yes bull terriers are a way of life for me. I am amazed everyday in the progress I make with my dogs and what they teach me.
